Je t’aime Lash – APPOINTMENT POLICY*
BEFORE BOOKING PLEASE READ OUR SALON POLICIES
- CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE POLICY:
- Note: By clicking on Book Online button you give permission for Je t’aime lash to keep your card information on file (subject to change in accordance with Je t’aime lash salon policy)
- We aim to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. In order to do so all of our appointments are confirmed via text, email or both depending on clients’ preference.
- WHEN APPOINTMENTS ARE BOOKED A CREDIT CARD IS REQUIRED TO HOLD THE TIME REQUESTED. Please honor your appointment. If you must cancel or reschedule please do so (8) hours before. Same Day cancellations will be charged $50, same day rescheduling will be charged $30.00
- Appointment cancellations must be made and confirmed via telephone. Email cancellations will not be accepted.
- No shows will be billed 100% price of the service(s).
- LATE ARRIVALS POLICY:
- If arrivals later than 15 minutes for your appointment may need to be shortened due to restraints or may have to be rescheduled entirely for another day so that your lateness doesn’t interfere with the next scheduled appointment.
- In this case, deposit will be redeemed for that appointment session and will not be returned. We strongly advise our customers to arrive 15 minutes prior to the appointment time to get prepared and fill-out information sheet for new customers.
- There are many unexpected situations such as delays, traffic, parking spot…etc, so please plan ahead of time. Customers will be responsible for any late shows.
- GRATUITY POLICY:
- Gratuities appropriate and greatly appreciated by your technician.
- The standard gratuity is 20% the price of the service (pre-discounted and not the promotional price).
- Gratuity envelopes are located at the receptionist’s desk
- Gratuities cannot be added to credit/debit cards, PLEASE cash only
- Any payments on card is TAXABLE
- PAYMENTS / TAXES POLICY:
- Is TAXABLE when We (ALSO) accept VENMO, ZELLE, APPLE PAY.
- A 8.875% tax is applied on sales service(s).
- SAFETY POLICY:
- Any guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times, while on the premises.
- POLICY FOR EYELASH EXTENSIONS:
- Please notice that retouch has to be done under two or three weeks from the date of new set.
- After three weeks it’s considered to be a new set.
- We have a three day guaranty policy for any eyelash fixing or add style at no cost.
- All services are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- IN ORDER TO SECURE YOUR APPOINTMENT PLEASE FILL OUT THE AGREEMENT FORM AND EMAIL IT TO JETAIMELASH@GMAIL.COM. THIS STEP IS MANDATORY TO SECURE YOUR APPOINTMENT AND CONFIRMS THAT YOU READ SALON POLICIES AND AGREE TO THEM.
